I walk thru streets, thru the streets
Eyes stare, the eyes stare
Eyes divided by a frown
Yet there’s no human sound
I walk thru the streets of maynotbe
The human crowd as old as human life
Unwoven threads of people walking loosely
Into whatever kind of night they encase themselves into
If I’d just come back from heaven
Still nothing would change, nothing would matter
Tough rivers would run roaring and silvery
Man would weave through man
Crowd would filter through crowd
Weighed down by stones and pierced by angry stars
