To a tree in Regents Park

Standing quietly still
Like this tree in the park
My face to the sun
My back like green bark

A tree that is blessed
With a new hearts awakening
With flowers and fruit
From another’s years ring

So much older than me
Yet the tree keeps growing
While in my years
I am painfully slowing

I am interested in multimedia work: songwriting, art, and creative writing. I have been involved also in theatre and music performances.

  1. To understand the life of our elders and make the universal connection. I’m glad we’ve come up on each other’s radar again. I appreciate your support and wish I could be a songwriter. Music sadly lacking.
