Dangerous children

What are they afraid of?
With their guns pointing to heaven
Piercing the shadows dance of death

Their faces grim
Crushed by the power they seek
In the administration offices
Of the country they have won

Like dangerous children
Still dizzy from the ground
That raced beneath their trucks

Their faces grim
From the sight of blood
And their feeling of power

As the populous grimaces
From the sight of blood
And the feeling of their power

Dangerous children is a phrase I think from a cowboy film called Will Penny starring Charlton Heston. from the scene where the cowboys crowd into a surgery where a wounded cowboy is being cared for and the town doctor says they are like dangerous children

I am thinking here of the photo of the Taliban as they stand in the Afghan government office still carrying their guns.
